Retaining walls are relatively rigid walls used for supporting soil laterally so that it can be retained at different levels on the two sides. Shotcrete is a method of applying concrete projected at high velocity primarily on to a vertical or overhead surface. The impact created by the application consolidates the concrete. 

This vented crawl space in Lake Tahoe, CA had severe issues with humidity and moisture infiltrating the home. After contacting Madole Construction, we sealed off the vents and fully encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The homeowner couldn't be happier with their clean, healthy environment below their home!

Installing a vapor barrier and sump pump in Tahoe Vista, CA 

Our Poly crew epoxied the rebar cage, poured concrete, patched concrete, epoxied carbon fiber through cracks to stitch them up, and parge coated the footings to blend.

The before photo is up close of the "incision" made once drilling a nickle sized hole into the concrete slab. We then inject it with foam to bring the slab back up to grade, after which the holes drilled will be refilled. The after photo features holes that have not yet been filled, but a flush slab after injecting Polylevel.
