There is significant cracking in the ceiling of our condo. We are in a 4 condo building. Upon discussion with the other owners we have come to realize that both of the bottom units have cracks along the ceiling in the same places and the upstairs units have cracks in the floor. The previous owner says he removed a post in the lower units. We have had a structural engineer out and it is his opinion (and he has put it in writing) that the post should not have been removed and we need to update the structure as soon as possible to ensure safety.

We have been very pleased with the results of the 2019 Clean Space construction project. We no longer have water issues under our home. A year ago Allen ran the install crew, all of your workers did a fine job. Allen did the recent Clean Space inspection. As usual he did a good job of conducting the inspection and explaining what the conditions are under our home. Allen is an example of a very knowledgeable, professional, employee.
