This crawlspace started as a dirt-filled void—now it’s a clean, usable space. We removed the soil with a conveyor system, poured a concrete pad, installed an ICF retaining wall, and fully encapsulated the area above the retaining wall for long-term protection and storage efficiency.
This project showcases the transformation of a damp, leaky basement into a dry, protected space using our proven WaterGuard® drainage system. Before installation, water intrusion was evident along the basement perimeter. Our team expertly installed the WaterGuard® below-floor drainage channel to collect water and redirect it to a sump pump system. The final result is a clean, dry basement ready for safe storage or future finishing.
This project showcases the full helical pier installation process, from excavation alongside the foundation to final stabilization. Helical piers are driven deep into load-bearing soil to permanently support and stabilize settling foundations. Once installed, the area is backfilled and prepared for a clean finish—restoring structural integrity and providing long-term protection against future movement.
Before and after of a sump pump installation. Discreet covering so it's not even noticeable.
This customer asked for a crawlspace encapsulation. The crew removed the old vapor barrier and any debris and were able to successfully complete the encapsulation. Crawl space encapsulation refers to the addition of a heavy-duty moisture barrier to the dirt floor of your crawl space, sealed foundation vents, insulated walls, and special crawl space dehumidifier(s).
