This homeowner in Sparks, NV had a crawl space that was not only bowing but was completely exposed to the rock wall foundation. A crew from Madole Construction installed a series of SmartJacks to help support the weight of the home as well as a CleanSpace Encapsulation system to permanently control the moisture levels and environment. The homeowner is now happy with their structurally safe and clean storage solution!

This crawl space in Sparks, NV was being supported with stacked cinder blocks, a temporary solution that the homeowner wanted corrected. After contacting Madole Construction, our crew installed a SmartJack system that will support this home's foundation for years to come!

Madole Construction used a Polylevel injection to raise this front porch back into place after it had sunk.  Polylevel is an efficient and non-invasive solution for rapidly repairing concrete slabs that have moved or settled over time. 

The soil beneath this sidewalk at Truckee Meadows Community College had shifted and caused significant cracking and an unlevel surface. A crew from Madole Construction used a PolyLevel injection to lift the slab to its original position and create a safe walking surface for pedestrians.
