The brick archways on this residence in the Newlands Subdivision of Reno were repaired using an installation of helical piers.
Before, the driveway had visible cracks and no drainage system, which caused water to pool directly in front of the garage doors. After installing a channel drain across the top of the driveway and repairing the cracks, the space is now smooth, functional, and protected against future water damage. The transformation not only improves durability but also enhances the home’s curb appeal.
