This bracket and pier system is secured to the home's foundation, transferring the structural load to stable soil deep below. It's the backbone of long-term stability.
ICF Retaining Wall
We used Insulated Concrete Forms to construct this 3-foot high crawlspace retaining wall. Once poured with concrete and reinforced with steel, it holds back soft soil while providing built-in insulation and long-term structural support.
Like We Were Never There
After stabilizing the foundation and completing structural repairs, we re-poured the back patio for a seamless finish that blends perfectly with the home's original design.
