Water in Crawl Space

Dealing with  water, dampness, or musty smells in crawlspaces can be a real challenge.  With the changes in seasonal moisture content in the soils, water can be intermittant leading making it difficult to know if the crawlspace moisture content is safe.  I recently inspected two crawlspaces that had Cleanspace installed over 10yrs ago. Both are dry and look as if the vapor barrier was installed yesterday.
